I keep feeling a tightness in my chest whenever I sleep. Why is it that and what to do about it?

Is it because I keep on sleeping late like starting at 5am? I tried sleeping at an earlier time like 9pm but I still having that feeling of tightness in my chest.

Or is it me having axiety attacks when I am awake? Could that be the case?

Update 2:

Would that mean I also have anxiety attacks while sleeping?
