A ball with the mass of 0.00822 grams falls down with a velocity of 200 m/s. What is the force of resistance provided by the air?

    It's a trick question, or you got the figures wrong, or the person setting it is incompetent.

    0.00822g is very small. Typically the diameter would be around 1 or 2mm.  Such a small object would have a terminal velocity of less than around 10m/s. 

    The only way to solve the problem with the given information is to assume 200m/s is the terminal velocity, so the question makes no sense.

    if that speed is the terminal velocity, fixed, then air resistance equals the weight, which is

    0.00822 g x 1 kg/1000 g x 9.8 N/kg = 0.0000806 N or 80.6 µN
