After Greater London what's the second most expensive county to live in england???? ?

It doesn't really work quite like that - most counties each contain rich and poor towns and villages. Going by the incidence of High-net-worth individuals, Surrey has very rich parts (eg Virginia Water) and so does Buckinghamshire, Kent and Hertfordshire. But Greater Manchester is third after London and Surrey. This ignores Edinburgh which comes after London in terms wealthy cities in the UK.
