Is it normal not to see workout results after only 1 week? ?
I decided that I wanted to gain more weight a week ago. I started eating more and drinking lots of protein. I been working out doing things to gain lower body muscle. My legs do feel stronger and tighter but as far as my jeans I still fit my jeans. I know it may be a good thing but I really don’t want to fit them I wanna look more curvier.. overal is it bad?
