I have 2017 Chevy Impala. I changed pads and rotors all around and I hear squeaking and grinding on the front driver side. What could it be?

It could be a bent splash shield. Jack up the car and spin the wheels to find the noisy one, then straighten out the mistake.

maybe you should get a mechanic to check it out

If the wheel bearing isn't loose it might be the metal hardware out of position and rubbing on the rotor.

It could also be you bought cheap hard brake pads.
