hi, i’m 15, 5’4 and 97 pounds is that healthy?


i’ve tried to gain weight is the thing. i’ve never been able to gain over 110 and i suddenly dropped fastly.

    Hell no. 20-30 pounds under weight.

    as long as you’re not experiencing any health issues and are happy with how you are, it’s healthy

    if anything starts to become a problem, it might or might not be your weight but honestly I wouldn’t stress I think you are fine :)

    That sounds rather underweight to me. Gaining at least 10lb wouldn't hurt.

    At 5’4” you should be aiming for around 110 - 130 lbs for females and around 125-140 lbs for males. You seem to be a bit underweight. (Also your 15 and taller than me that’s rude lol)
