One of two things will happen, either the charges will be dismissed or the case will be rescheduled. The person that filed could also be looking at charges for contempt of court.

A person who holds a restraining order does not need to be there for a breach of the restraining order hearing. You are breaking the courts order, nothing to do with the other person.
