Will these exercises improve my strength, stamina, and flexibility for martial arts training?

For muscular strength:

Barbell Squats

Barbell Bench Press

Barbell Deadlifts

Barbell Overhead Press

Barbell Bent Over Rows

Push-ups (weighted or one-hand)

Chin-ups (weighted or one-arm)

For cardio stamina:

HIIT sprints 

For flexibility:

Yoga

    Yes, it is the best you can do, I would also add the power clean, yoga is not necessary, with the classic flexibility exercises it is enough, but if you like it, do it

    No it will not. It IS NOT a good program.
