Their health will begin to improve again.  their digestive system may not be used to it, but it will recover.

If a vegan ''suddenly'' ate some meat they would spontaneously combust

like if an atheist ''suddenly'' walked into a church !

    WOW .. 3 THUMBS DOWN

Has everyone had a sense of humour bypass today ?

If anything happens it's purely psychological. (In your head)

If a vegan ate too much meat in one go, they would definitely be sick as their body isn't used to it. They'd have to gradually ease back into eating meat by having small amounts at first

They kind of take off like when Rocky the Squirrel learned to fly.

They cease to be vegans and become omnivores, like the majority of people. If someone has been veg[etari]an all their life or for a long time it is best to transition gradually. At first, add a little non-oily fish [not deep fried] and be pescatarian for a few weeks. Chicken and turkey can then be reintroduced [pollo-pescatarian or pesco- pollotarian diet for a few more weeks]. Lastly, introduce other lean meats. Continue to avoid fatty, highly processed meat products such as burgers and sausages.

A sudden change of diet is unwise and hard to sustain, which is why obese people find keeping to a diet low in sugar and fat.
