If there’s no candidate by the 20th, the Speaker is sworn in

The President Elect can be inaugurated any time after the the election is certified, and after the Previous occupant's term runs out on January 20th. So, if the results are confirmed before Jan 20th, then he can be inaugurated on Jan. 20th. If they aren't then he can't be. However regardless, of if it's certified or not, or if he's inaugurated or not, on Jan 20th 2021, Trump's term ends, and he ceases to be President as per the Constitution.

He won't win. His former supporters are currently concerned about his upcoming 3rd brain surgery in late October.
