People communicated quite well without emoji for thousands of years. When Jonathan Swift wrote "A Modest Proposal" he wrote well enough that his readers didn't need a stupid "winking smilie face" to understand that his suggestion of solving the poverty problem by eating children was not to be taken seriously.

If your authentic method of communication is emoji why ask the question using the Roman alphabet?
