A high-end camcorder would be better.

The Panasonic GH4 or GH5 are on top.  The Nikon D500 is a good one.

The Canon 5D Mark III or Mark IV are good ones too.

Sony makes mirrorless some of which are good for video like the A6500 and the A7S are very good for a non-camcorder video camera.

Keep in mind that these camera are first and foremost digital cameras and NOT designed for video.  Many have overheating issues even those that have just been introduced like the new Sony and Canon models.

The video features and capabilities of any DSLR simply cannot compete with those found on just about any camcorder.  Therefore, if your main need is to make videos then you should definitely buy a camcorder. If, and only if, you need that shallow depth of field look that you only get with a DSLR and not a consumer-grade camcorder, then go with a DSLR or a mirrorless.  Otherwise the problems (e.g. overheating, limited recording times), the significant additional costs (external mic, external monitor, cage, etc...), and the much slower workflow really make DSLRs/mirrorless cameras inferior to a camcorder.

Camcorders are for video and DSLRs are for still images.

No DSLR is good for making movies.

Unless you know exactly why you want to shoot a movie with a dSLR, none.

The dSLR was never intended to do movies. Its video function is just a feature. You will realize lots of limitations when you actually try to shoot a movie with it.

The most modern ones that have a mic input socket. However they are not for beginners in movie-making. You'll need to know what lenses to use, what lighting to set up, their limitations of focusing, and shoot short clips to a tight script because they turn off at random when overheated. A camcorder is what you need.

None.  You want a video recorder for filming/making movies, my friend.
