Can I get the coronavirus disease from swimming in a swimming pool?
- LiliLv 72 weeks ago
No, not in a chlorinated pool. Chlorine kills it.
But don't drink chlorine bleach, no matter what little Donnie says.

Not by swimming but by talking to someone or touching a dry surface that has the virus and then touching your mouth, nose or eyes, or by breathing in air or droplets exhaled by an infected person. Swimming pools have enough chlorine in the water to kill viruses that get into the water.

You can if there's someone else there who has it.

Depends on who you are swimming with.

Of course not.

Can you? Yes. Is it likely? No. You have a better chance of getting hit by lightening ... twice.
