    I don't see how that's possible.  You would have to buy a dipstick, either from ebay or a salvage yard.  Make sure it's the right one or it won't have the correct markings.

    You don't. If you don't see any ATF leaks you leave the tranny alone. I recommend you go to the dealer every 60,000 miles to have the transmission serviced. That way when the CVT transmission fails you'll have records showing you maintained it and will qualify for a customer good will warranty to replace the tranny.

    Look around the transmission and check for fluid leaks.  That is all you need to do.

    Remove the inspection plug, and stick your pinkie in.
