Why does it make any difference at all that George Floyd was high on a huge dose of fentynal and resisting arrest?

People on certain drugs have super strength while on the drugs.  It took four men to hold him down, thus the neck hold when necessary.  He was out of control.

No.   You could have a bad heart,  bad lungs,  bad kidneys and be at death's door but if the cops are the ones that push you thru the door then they are responsible for your death.
