How will history judge the Black Lives Matter movement?

Black equality rose as a political priority in the 1950s. It got ugly at times but several yrs. of activism resulted in the Civil Rights Act. That's what history remembers. How you judge that is up to you. Racists hate their white supremacy being challenge by people they consider inferior. I'll tell you what I see. Either one is on the BLM team or on the the "black lives don't matter to me" team w/ the racists ... not much in between.
It's important to note the developing ethos. Trump is fomenting outrage w/ his racist innuendo, nationalistic messages of hate etc. which is roiling the waters for the racist dregs to surface. Combine that w/ the ubiquitous nature of cameras that strongly suggest a racist problem significantly worse than we thought and the march of activism replaces passiveness tacit approval.

A fake and unorganized movement propped up by media to increase racial tensions instead of focusing on the actual issues.

We can't possibly know how history will judge anything, child. We don't know whether BLM will be able to drive significant change, for example. It's already helped drive some change, however, and in the right direction.

They, in the future, will regard BLM as starting off with riots and looting, and therefore getting off on the wrong foot. But hopefully, history will reveal a stronger, more peaceful tactic such as used by Martin Luther King, Jr., to get civil rights for Blacks.

It's a global oranisation. Many Americans don't realize that.
And they also call for " revolution", not just ending racism against blacks and white superiority but defunding the police, etc.
Seeing as they have been taken over , to a large extent , by the left the saying " revolution" is a bit disconcerting.

A irrelevance who did everything that white wealthy liberal marxists told them to do.

Too early to see how it turns.
