ETF Portfolio or S&P 500 index ETF?

Question

I am 18 years old and currently have an ETF portfolio with the following asset allocation:

30% Large cap (SCHX)

25% Mid cap (SCHM)

20% Small cap (SCHA)

25% International (SCHF)

My question: is this portfolio any good for my plan of holding for 15+ years? Should I have some bond stability? Also, I keep seeing people say VOO is the best index for the long term because it supposedly beats out everything else. Is my portfolio better than VOO, and if not, can anyone recommend a better asset allocation/ investment profile?

I don't like International funds as their rules and laws are very different. I DO like Growth funds and/or funds that buy into dividend paying stocks, so they can be reinvested.
