Sure!  Just spend four years earning a bachelors degree with top grades including in all of the pre-med courses, score great on the MCAT exam, spend three years in medical school, plus several years as an intern and a resident, and you'll be ready!  Oh, and be prepared to pay several hundred thousand dollars on your education.

How about selling medical supplies as an alternative, where you can use your experience in sales?

Assuming your undergraduate degree was in biology, you took four years of biology and chemistry, two years of calculus, a year of physics, and can do great on the MCAT exam, then yes.  Otherwise, no.
