How to keep stainless steel sink from getting watermarks?

Any tips or suggestions on preventing water spots in the basin of stainless steel sink?

    Keep it dry. Don't run any water in it.

    wash it after use ... it can also be polished with a number of products, but they'll be gone after each time you do the dishes in soapy water in the sink

    Clean up you water.  Get a water softener.  Also get a reverse osmosis filter and put in at the sink for quality drinking water.

    Here is how to care for a stainless steel sink and then keep it good looking. Get coarse steel wool. Get some of the zud cleanser or any good cleanser. Using minimum water sandpaper the stainless steel sink in the direction of the scratches and grain. When it is all uniform as far as the scratch and polish marks wash away all of the cleanser. Then use lemon oil to shine it.
