When applying for SSI for a child if I have a car can someone else have a car in my name and how does Social Security look up your vehicles?

A car in your name is an asset that you own..  Regardless of who is driving it.

Ssi isnt social security either.  Ssi is a WELFARE program...  While it IS for the child, the household income is indeed also factored.  A high income household doesnt qualify.

A car in your name is an asset.  SSI for the child is based on the child though, and not on you.

Social Security has nothing to do with the vehicles you own.
