Are there tax breaks for full time students in USA?

    If you're a full time student and do NOT have a job - you won't be paying any taxes.

    Yes.  If one meets the qualifications, a student (or the student's parents, depending on the circumstances) can claim either the Tuition deduction, the American Opportunity Credit, or the Lifetime Learning Credit.

    Yes. No income taxes if you have no income.

    There is no tax break simply because one is a full-time student.

    There are, however, many tax breaks available to students (and those who financially support them).
