    false dichotomy.

    when life on earth  is gone, humans will be gone not much later. Biosphere 2 was a failure. Even if(!) we'd invent interstellar travel, chances are that no other planet would provide everything we need

    My survival. If all life on Earth were gone, humans would be also. This question needs help. If humans are gone, the rest of life doesn't matter, because I won't be around to care one way or the other.
