soft carrots , nope they are over cooked , all the goodness is boiled out of them , only has carrots boiled for 2 minutes , honey over them is nice .

Well if they are in a soup,stew or pot pie, but just plain steamed or boiled carrots, no.

I prefer them with just a little bit of crunch left in them.  That's why I roast or steam them instead of boiling.
