Why the hell would this comment on Instagram be reported for bullying and harassment?

So I commented on a Power Rangers fan’s pic. The posted the pic and he said he couldn’t remember what episode that pic came from. So I commented the name of the episode. Well just a few minutes later, I get a warning notification from Instagram telling me it was removed for bullying/harassment!!! How could this have happened?

It's not bullying by any means, you've even actually helped, but since some nut reported you just because and reporting usually goes to bots, you won't get a fair hearing whatsoever.

Maybe the name of the episode triggered an AI response?  AI can be good but sometimes screws up for something out of the ordinary like scifi where something could be fine in context but not to a general term.
