    Find the volume of the pyramid

    50*40/2*60= 60000cm³

    Then reverse the cube formula skipping the height.

    60000/100/60= 10cm height

    AC = (1/2)AB = (1/2)(100) = 50. (h,b) = (height,base) of triangle ACD = (40,50);

    A = area triangle ACD = (1/2)hb = (1/2)40*50 = 1000;

    V = volume of water in tank = A*60 = 60*10^3 cc;

    We assume that no water was spilled by Josh.;

    Suppose water height in the tank is H cm when it is returned to the horizontal.;

    Then the water volume = (base area)*H = (60cm)(100cm)Hcm = 6*10^3*H cc;

    Then 60*10^3 cc = 6*10^3*H cc and water height in horizontal tank = 10 cm.
