My bicycle rear wheel has FALCON 10F0 freewheel. What size bearing should i use with it?

Does your HUB need bearing work? Then you'll need the Falcon freewheel remover;Park FR-7 about $8. The bearings in a freewheel rarely need any help since they don't really take any load. Does your chain skip on the freewheel? I'd be surprised if it isn't worn out.

Forget new bearings.  Replace the freewheel & most likely the chain too.  My God...that thing's ancient history.
