I don't think there is a standardized way to determine how much mass each meteor shower adds to Earth's mass per year. It can take years for the dust from meteoroids that burn up in the atmosphere to reach the ground or surface water. 30,000 to 100,000 metric tonnes of mass are added each year from all meteor showers plus sporadic meteors.

Each one on average lands about 50 to 100 pounds of Dust and Ice
Per year they measure up to around one Ton Worldwide, including Meteorites
