    They don't have to. But they can. But it would be best to define  them  with originally as they are different people.

    I don't know what you mean by "match". Start with same letter? Same amount of letters? Same generation/decade? I'll just give you some sib sets i know. But my answer is "No". All these sets are from oldest to youngest if that matters.

    Every child deserves their own name that was picked FOR THEM and not because the parents were trying to create some kind of "set".
