    When the students didn't follow the discipline

    When they are talking to someone else, or are clearly busy and preoccupied.

    Or if you see them stumbling out of a bar late at night.

    When you walk into class late. In many cultures, you would still greet the teacher and apologize for being late. In US and UK classrooms, however, this is considered an interruption of the class, and rude. If you are late, just sit down quietly.

    If she is talking to other people or on her cellphone.

    A friend walked in on his female French teacher, who accidentally left the water closet door unlocked.  It was inappropriate to greet her, as other students and teachers were within hearing distance.
