    C = 0.902 J/g.oC

    Ti = 70 oC

    Tf = 50 oC

    use:

    Q = m*C*(Tf-Ti)

    Q = 10.0*0.902*(50.0-70.0)

    Q = -180 J

    Answer: -180 J

    Specific heat capacity od aluminium is 

    C_Al = 0.9  J/g°C

    Heat released:

    Q = m * t * C_Al

    m is mass m=10g

    t is temperature difference 70-50=20°C

    Q = 10 * 20 * 0.9 = 180 J
