How many weeks till I up the intensity of a workout?

I usually add more load onto my workouts every 5 weeks, idk if that's viable or not. Please give your insight.

    When you aren't feeling challenged. When it starts to get easy or you aren't working as hard as you'd like, then it's okay to up the intensity. It doesn't have to be a set # of weeks. Listen to your body.
