I'm really not sure .. 

Will it be like the first, where people like myself get barely enough for a month's rent + 

health insurance, while the already filthy rich get millions which they don't even need ?

ps: I don't have a house, just a 2 bedroom apt in one of the poorest counties in the US.

I hope not. So I don't have to pay a lot of tax next year. Tax free weekend yay.
