How can I (online) create different text styles that slant/tilt and have really neat “character” to them?

If you mean you would like to use other fonts on a website, such as Yahoo, then the answer is NO. You are limited to whatever font the website supports.

you don't need to do it on line. You can create anything you want with the tools you already have. If you use Microsoft Word or the Free Libre Office Writer you can use any of the Fonts they have. Different Text Styles are called FONTS.
There are over 143,859 Characters, each with a different Font that you can use.
Every Character is assigned a Number called Unicode and with that Unicode Number you can type anything you want. Example: The Standard United States Keyboard does not the the British Pound sign on it or the Euro Sign. £ € - I typed these two by holding down the Alt Key and typing 0163 on the Number Key Pad. 0128 for €
You want to see all the Characters, take a look at The Windows Character Map or download this one "Character Map UWP" from the Microsoft Store.
