In my area that is a very common look during the warm seasons.  All ages, and body types seem to find it fitting.

I wouldn't say "fashionable" but it's common for sure. I wouldn't wear it to anything fancy but in public places like stores and such is totally fine.

Yes. To fill the15 character minimum: yyyeeessss. I see them at the park, the beach, the mall, downtown, up town,  at the many patio restaurants -literally everywhere
