What happens if you sell a counterfeit item on Facebook marketplace ?

    Firstly, Doing this is strictly forbidden.All of these businesses break Facebook's terms & policy. Facebook does not allow this type of business, it does ban those who do it.

    Just put fake in the description, the price might still encourage buyers

    its ok.... just hope that the original manufacturers dont catch wind otherwise they will hunt you down and teabag you in front of your wife and kids oh nooooooooo hahaha no no its cool no worries BUT you have to label it as "counterfeit"

    If they find out its Counterfeit they are Allowed to Send it back and Demand a Refund if they do you have to give them a Refund if you Refuse to Refund them they can File a Complaint with the States Attorney General and you can get into Trouble

    Best case someone buys it, worst case you get banned.  It could be anything in between these two.

    Hopefully, you find yourself in court being prosecuted by both the buyer AND the supplier of legitimate goods that YOU have decided to counterfeit for bringing their name into disrepute.
