It was a pleasure to meet you in Budapest last week. Is this correct?

Meeting you in Budapest was a pleasure.

Anticipatory " it " used in your sentence can be changed using " Meeting " as a subject.

By the way, your sentence appears accurate as far as my little knowledge runs.
