What is aggressive behavior in the workplace?

I had a subordinate refuse to come to a mandatory unit meeting. Of course, I didn't know this. I only knew he wasn't there. So when I delayed the start of the meeting, left the conference room, and went to his cubicle to remind him of the meeting, he said he wasn't coming. I told him that it wasn't optional, that he had to come. That's his job, to do stuff he doesn't want to do in exchange for a paycheck. So he got up from his chair, walked over to the shared laser printer, lifted it over his head, and threw it up against the large pane window nearby, the window and printer both shattering to pieces.

I considered that aggressive behavior in the workplace and fired him.

Look up office rage on Youtube and you will get a first hand understanding of what that is.
