Skin care help about cerave?

I started using cerave hydrating cleanser because I have sensitive skin. I heard it’s a good product but it made my skin get tiny bumps. Idk if it’s pimples or if it’s skin purging. Should I stop using the cleanser or will it soon make my skin become better?
