What is this film?

I recently watched a film (Had a few beers) and for the life of me cant remember the name or too much about the film, basically it a group of 4/5 people that keep coming back to life, they are set up by some secret service guy to save kidnapped kids in Afghanistan and come across another immortal. During the film one female character is encased in a metal coffin and thrown into the sea, and a rich bloke is after their DNA  - Help
