is using only water considered "washing your hair"?

i shower every single day and shampoo three times a week. but i wet and rinse my hair everyday though.. so i dont really get if its considered washing my hair three days a week or everyday???

    No bc you are not shampooing it

    No it's not. Use shampoo to wash it. Water alone will not get rid of oil and hair products.

    No. to wash your hair you must use some sort of soap or shampoo, or else youre just rinsing

    Washing your hair means using shampoo. Getting it wet isn’t washing it. You need shampoo to remove the grease and oils.

    Rinsing/wetting is not considered washing.
