Canada and Mexico aren't US allies?  Trump renegotiated NAFTA with USMCA.

Because he's a petulant child and they know not to trust the fat orange freak.

His deals only benefit him and our former allies are not stupid. That's a big reason why so many of his businesses went bankrupt, because too many investors eventually knew better than to trust him.

He is the master of the deal.  You figure it out.  It benefited the American public, and not him, its why the american public saw no benefit.  He saw no profit, the AP see's no benefit.

Trump LOVES to sign stuff.  He invites everyone into the office, he signs the document and then shows it around like a kindergarten teacher reading a book to her kids.

The thing about treaties is that they can't be done unilaterally, like Trump and GW Bush both like to work.  A president can break a treaty (well, not exactly.  The Constitution says they are 'the law of the land', meaning the same weight as our own laws.  But Bush did so Trump can. )  But to MAKE a treaty requires two parties to agree, and Trump can't get allies to agree.
