You can put a cristal recipient in a cookin poot with water in it then yo have to cover the cooking pot and finally boil the water.

The water will evaporate and it will crash with the cover then it will fall to the cristal recipient.

You have to choose a strong cristal recipient that resist the ebullition temperature of water.
