Is atomic weight of Na rounded up to 23 usually? Will it be wrong to say atomic weight is 23?

The atomic mass (standard atomic weight) of naturally occurring Na is 22.989769. If you round that to 23, then you will be off by 0.045%. In many uses, that's not important, but some cases it is. Right and wrong depend on how accurate you need to be.
