Should I be a software developer or an implementation consultant?
I am a BCA(bachelor of computer application) graduate. During my final year, I got this opportunity to work as a SAGE PEOPLE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT. After two months of remote training, I started working on live projects. Once I completed my BCA course I started working full time as a consultant. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue working after 3 months because I got arrears in my final semester. It took nearly a year to complete my degree successfully. Now I have been preparing for software developer interviews for the last 4 months, waiting for interview calls. I am having some questions that confusing me.
Am I wasting my experience as an Implementation Consultant? Can I use my knowledge and experience in "sage people" products to get a job in better-paying product like SAP?
