    As crazy as your question sounds, it is somewhat true.  Imagine a woman, going to court and charging a man with sexual harassment because he gave her a hug, without consent where it was completely unwanted attention.  This doesn't sound so crazy, does it?  The reality is that she would stand half a chance of winning in court too.

    Now imagine the reverse?  A man demanding to bring legal charges against a woman who hugged him?  No matter what the circumstances, how realistic are the chances that his demand will proceed beyond talking to an initial police officer?  To be realistic, if an officer actually showed up for this, it might the man who gets handcuffed and charged with some offence by the time the whole debacle ends.
