Is James Bond a Feminist?

As originally written by Ian Fleming and portrayed in older films no, but the characterization of Bond does change over time.

Daniel Craig's bond isn't going to rape a lesbian to 'cure' her like the character does in Flemmings Goldfinger , but still has a unhealthy relationship with women. He does (ultimately) have respect for Dench as M, but he also uses his license to kill to get rid of a woman he slept with in Casino Royal and behaves unprofessionally toward female colleagues in the field.

He's become a more complex character, he also changes over the course of the films.

Men can't be feminist. The only way men can help feminism is by helping themselves. Keeping the streets "clean". Weeding out the weeds. Lion king :) Except actual lions are not fathers. Right now men are not doing a good job. Prison systems encourage repeat offenders. And oh so many incels. Buh-bye.
