    Resolving horizontally we have:

     Pulling force - Frictional force => Resultant force

    so, 30cos30° - 10 = 30(√3/2) - 10

    i.e. 15√3 - 10 = 16 Newtons

    The net force is

    Fnet = 30N*cos30º - 10N = 16 N "forward"
