Do animals also go through puberty?

    yes, if they are not born fertile (and many are not) then they either never become fertile or they go through what we would call "Puberty".  The way it shows itself can vary considerably though between species.

    It depends on the species. Cats are able to reproduce within a year of being born. Many insects can breed as soon as they transform from larva into adults. Elephants do not mature sexually until they are teenagers.

    Yes they do. I seen a gang of small seagulls drinking white cider in the park.
