Question about polycystic ovarian syndrome ?

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome when I was in 11th grade, my doctor told me then that I was probably never going to have kids in the future with what I have. It hurt me  when she said that to me cause I always wanted kids. Anyways last Saturday I found out I was pregnant, I was shocked when I found out cause of what my doctor told me. I made a doctors appointment for this Monday to see how far along I am. People with this condition can they still have a healthy pregnancy or does it all lead to miscarriages? I’m honestly stressing about this And I know I shouldn’t but it’s hard not to think about “what if” I’m so excited to start a family I just don’t know what to expect.
