Are completely battery powered cars a delusion?

    No, it's perfectly sane to make the entire car a battery and totally dysfunctional.

    what diameter and what mass flywheel on a 1000 volt generator is required to spin with enough velocity to produce enough energy to fast charge a secondary battery to switch out with the primary when it is half empty.

    heres the tip. lay it flat under seating.

    Believe it or not but the gas buggies weren't the first on the market. Batteries and electric motors were invented before gasoline engines and in New York city, electric cars were replaced by gasoline cars because they were more efficient at that point in time. But I doubt that battery powered cars would completely dominate in the future. There are cars and trucks today that are completely battered powered. Have been for quite some time.

    The day after they bankrupt everyone by forcing them to buy electric vehicles someone will perfect a matter transporter and make cars obsolete.

    No, But they cannot make ones at a reasonable price I am looking at the New MG for 15,600 New can an electric car match that Price and Performance

    No, but with current state of technology, batteries are inconveniently heavy
